Pricing the afternoon

Studio Pequeno billed by the hour and resented it. Clients resented the invoices more.

Over two days we priced the studio’s last twenty projects by the afternoon instead, and wrote the conversation that explains it.

Result: three clients moved to afternoon pricing within a month and the studio raised its average project fee by a fifth.
